I know this kind of looks like a buttcrack, but it's really not! This is my incision the first time I was able to remove the bandage and take a shower. Today's post is supposed to be a photo of something that has made the most impact on my life recently.
For sure, my back surgery has made the most impact on my life. I'm sure all 5 of you that read my blog are sick and tired of hearing about my back! I feel your pain! I'm sick and tired of dealing with it! After the surgery my incision got infected so I struggled with an open wound for several weeks that Drew had to pack. Now, a piece of hardware from the surgery has shifted and I'm having horrible pain again. I've been back to physical therapy and I always feel really good when I leave, and then by that night the pain is usually worse than before. I'm tired of feeling like I have the back of a 100 year-old! AND it's not cheap to have a bad back! Co-pays, prescriptions, hospital bills, ENOUGH ALREADY!
Rant over...tomorrow I'll think happy thoughts, today I go back to the surgeon to see if I have to have surgery again...
